Pet-Friendly Policy:
Our pet-friendly house welcomes your furry companions, with a maximum limit of two pets per reservation. A $50 per pet fee applies, and we kindly request that dogs weigh 45 lbs or less. Cats are also welcomed. In the event that our cleaning team identifies any pet-related evidence on the property, a $150 pet fee will be assessed for the additional preparation required. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay, kindly specify the number and type of pets in your reservation. Failure to comply and bringing a pet without paying the fee will result in a charge of $150 for the pet fee and a $100 penalty fee.
Quiet Hours – Important Notice:
To preserve a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly request adherence to the quiet hours in Chula Vista, which are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM. During these hours, we ask guests to refrain from any loud activities or use of amenities outside, as they are strictly prohibited. Noise monitors are in place both inside the house and in the backyard to ensure a peaceful environment. Failure to adhere may result in a courtesy phone call, and any citations or fees issued by code enforcement officers will be the responsibility of the responsible guests.
House Rules
•Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use neighbor’s driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 10 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Do not adjust AC thermometer down past 67 degrees. It will break the unit.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund.
•Checkin time is 4 PM – 2 AM (fees will apply after 12AM)
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets on furniture
•Checkout time is 10 AM.
We reserve the right to keep your security deposit if these rules are broken.
These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.
Other things to note
Please note that due to the natural surroundings and the area we are in, it’s normal to encounter bugs. We take every precaution to keep them out, including regular pest control services and diligent maintenance. To further help us keep the space bug-free, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Additionally, our property is located in an older neighborhood. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially during the evening and early morning hours. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all.
Security Notice:
For your safety and security, please be aware that there are security cameras located on the exterior of the house. These include a front Ring doorbell camera, one in the driveway, one above the fire pit, and one above the outdoor bar. These cameras are in place to ensure the safety and security of our property and our guests.

- No loud noise or music past 11:00pm. Quiet Hours are 11:00pm-8:00am per our city’s ordinance. Noise monitors are installed in the home to detect noise above threshold levels in our home. Any noise complaints resulting in fines up to $1000 from the city will be passed on to the responsible guests.
